The legislative decree n. 196/2003 about personal data provides individuals and companies with a protection of the personal information.
The aim of this law is to protect personal data as names, addresses, etc., by forbidding incorrect or illegal uses of the above mentioned information and by obliging to verify the correctness and completeness of the data, in order to avoid any personal or public damage.
Those who give their consensus to their personal data processing or/and all the people in charge to access personal information archives for working reasons, should pay utmost attention in data processing. They should not make known or publish any of the information, except when agreed with the Direction and/or with the involved person and in the authorized cases.

The involved person could exercise all the rights, as for the art. 7 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 (among these rights: right of access, rectification, modification, object to data processing and data deletion).

Personal data collected by TRABES Srl are processed for contractual purposes as well as for business relations, also for future use.

The individaul is not oblige to sign in the restricted area with his personal data, but in this case he will be prevented for access to the restricted area.
Data may be disclosed, strictly in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes, and consequently processed, only in relation to the said purposes, by third parties:
- Our distributors
- Banks
- Debt-collecting Institutes
- Our partners for assistance
- Our consultants

The data owners may exercise all the rights set forth in art.7 of L.n.196/2003

Please remember that, according to the Privacy Code L.D. 196/2003, you can object in any moment to the above mentioned data processing by addressing the legal authorities.
